Congestion at Lyttelton.—There were 21 ships in port at Lyttelton yesterday, and the congestion caused one vessel, the Norman Monarch, from London, with cement, to remain at the anchorage until a berth is availably. The vessels in port comprised six overseas ships. 14 coastal, and one intercolonial ships. One overseas ship is due today, and will remain at the anchorage.
