Australian players won all four quarterfinal matches in the Queen’s Club men's singles tennis championship today in straight sets. The same four players were the semifinalists last year. The best win was by Mervyn Rose, who beat the American, Ham Richardson. His big service operated well throughout the match. Wilson (England), 6-4, 6-3; Rex Hartwig beat Mai Anderson (Australia), 6-3, 6-1; Ken Rosewall beat R. Seymour (South Africa), 6-1, 6-1 Women’s Singles, Quarter-finals.—Miss J.
