BRITISH TRAINER AIRCRAFT
EXPORT TO 30 COUNTRIES British trainer aircraft are in demand by many foreign air forces and 30 countries are now operating Meteor and Vampire jet trainers, and Chipmunks, Provosts, Prentices, Balliols and Aiglets among the propellor-driven trainers. All the types of training aircraft used by the Royal Air Force, from the Provost piston-engined basic trainer to the Canberra T. 4 jet operational trainer, are available for export. Meteor trainers are in use with the air Torces of eight countries: Belgium, : Brazil, Denmark, Egypt. France. Holland, Israel, and Syria. Eighteen countries have Vampire jets flying under their colours. Australia is building under licence half of her, order and other countries using these x aircraft include New Zealand. Burmi, Ceylon, Chile, Egypt, Finland, France (where they are built under licence),India, Iraq. Lebanon, Norway, Portugal. Rhodesia, South Africa, Sweden. Switzerland and Venezuela.
