Fernside Swimming Club.— A swimming club was formed at a meeting convened by the Fernside School committee. The following officers were elected:—president, Mr C. James; secretary, Miss M. Ross-Smith; treasurer. Mr R. Bayley; committee, Mr I. Sinclair and Misses A. Sinclair and J. Smith.
