GRADUATION PARADE FOR PILOTS
CEREMONY AT WIGRAM ON THURSDAY
Twelve pilots making up No. 18 flying training course at the Royal New Zealand Air Force station. Wigram, will receive their brevets on Thursday from the Deputy Chief of Air Stair (Group Captain T. F. Gill, D. 5.0.) at a full station parade. The ceremony will begin at 2.30 p.m. Members of the course come from towns, from Auckland to Southland, but none are from Christchurch. The major award of the course, the armament trophy, was won by Acting Pilot Officer A. J. Potts, of Gladfleld, Southland. g, . Members of the course are: Acting Pilot Officers M. C. Airey (Parnell, Auckland), N. G. Alston (Wellington), R. J. Beresford (Nelson), F. P. Brown (Wellington), B. N. Gault (Paraparaumu), M. W. Hodge (Rotorua), T. H. Jeffery (Oamaru), A. J. Potts tGladfield, Southland), A. G. Vette (Dunedin), and B. J. Wyatt (Greenhills, Southland), Acting Sergeants G. S. Brown (Wellington), L. T. Giddens (Nelson Creek, West Coast), and J. E. Wilson (Nelson).
