GOATS’ MILK

Sir, —I would like to join with Mrs Hilgrove in her praise of goats’ milk and would also like to know why, in such a free country as this is supposed to be, are so many unnecessary regulations imposed upon those who have gone to so .much trouble and expense to help the sick babies. My own son had made very slow progress for nearly three months and was recently ordered on to goats’ milk by a specialist of children’s diseases. From the day he started drinking goats’ milk he has improved 100 per cent I only wish restrictions had not stopped us from having goats’ milk delivered, as it would have saved us a lot of worry and the expense of buying our own goat.—Yours, etc., (MRS) A. DWYER. Halswell, November 4, 1954.
