GERMAN VIEW OF SAAR PLAN
Dissatisfaction In Coalition (Rec. 8 p.m.) BONN, Nov. 2. The Refugee Party, a junior partner in the West German Coalition Government, today rejected the French and German agreement on the Saar. The party executive and its Parliamentary group said the agreement needed additional interpretation. The Parliamentary group of another Coalition party—the Free Democrats—has already voiced opposition to the agreement, which woula put the industrial Saar under international control Bending a German Peace Treaty.
