PROUD PARENTS.—Mr and Mrs Floyd Dixon, both only 3ft 1lin tall, are the proud parents of a 23-day-old daughter named Debra Jo. This photograph, taken at the French Hospital in Los Angeles, shows a nurse handing the baby to Mrs Dixon as mother and child left for home. Mr Dixon is aged 35 years and his wife is 37. Debra Jo welched 5lb 14oz at birth.
