September 1, North won , both the inter-island womens hockey matches this afternoon, the major match, 1-0, and the minor match,' 3-0. The North Island Minor team Was too strong for the South, but in the other match South, with an ounce of luck. r OUlcl i^ as f£ parried the day. The scorer for North Island Major was A. Kaio. For the North Island Minor team R. Edwards (2) and M. Morris scored. •
