(From Our Parliamentary Reporter) WEIJJNCrrtIN, Septeftt® L A record number, of items of Inail was posted in New Zealand during 1953-54. The annual report of the Post and Telegraph Department, which was tabled in the House of Representatives today, says that the number, 259,000,000. was 2,000,000 more than last year and 1,000,000 more than that of the previous record year (1951).
