CONFERENCES OF UNIVERSITIES
DR. G. A. CURRIE LEAVES FOR CANADA (New Zealand Press Association) _ . AUCKLAND, August 31, Dr. G. A. Currie, Vice-Chancellor ot the University of New Zealand, left Auckland tonight by air for Kingston, Ontario. At the Queen’s University, Kingston, Dr. Currie will attend meetings of the executive of the Association of Universities of the British Commonwealth. These meetings will take three days. The next day, all the delegate! will confer with the vice-chancellors and presidents of Canadian universities, and the day after that they will meet the presidents of United States universities. The delegates will disperse to visit many universities in Canada and United States. The conferences are supported by the Nuffield Foundation.
