SQUASH RACKETS

RESULTS AT DOMINION TOURNAMENT (New Zealand Press Association) INVERCARGILL, August 31. A. Higgins (Oamaru) and P. R. Vesty (Timaru) will contest the final of the New Zealand squash racquets championship tomorrow. Higgins caused an upset when he won his way through to the final by beating the No. 2 seeded player, L. G. Milne (Timaru). Higgins was the only unseeded player in the finals. Vesty, seeded No. 3, beat the present New Zealand champion, D. D. Mochan. in three straight games. ‘Mochan, who now lives at Napier, where- there are no squash courts, suffered from lack of match play. The junior final was won by P. McKenzie (Oamaru). He beat M. Bennett (Timaru). M. Bennett (Timaru) won the handicap and F. N. Coe (Timaru) won the New Zealand Plate.
