AMERICAN ZONE OF DAVIS CUP (Rec. 6.30 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, Aug. 21. Mexico took a 2-0 lead over Canada in the semi-final round of the North American zone of the Davis Cup competition yesterday. Mario Llamas, a 22-year-old railroad clerw, seeded third in Mexico, surprised by beating the highly-regarded Lome Main, 6-3, 6-4, 6-3, and Gustavo Palafax, the veteran international, beat Robert Bedard 8-6, 6-3, 3-6, 6-0.
