Shops Offered for Sale.—A concrete block of shops in Seaview road, New Brighton,' was offered for sale at auction in Christchurch- 'yesterday. There are two shops in the building! which also has 2200 square feet of additional floor space. The opening bid for the property was £5OOO. The highest of the eight bids which followed was £3OO less than the reserve price of £BOOO.
