Flavour of N.Z. Butter New Zealand may have to develop a butter of a different flavour, according to Mr H. W. Davey, general manager of the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company. In a message to suppliers he says that with the end of butter and cheese rationing in Britain buyers once again had the opportunity to become discriminating. There was evidence that the tastes of the people had changed. The quality of New Zealand butter had been well maintained, butvthat did not alter the fact that changes might have to be made.
