(Rec. 11 p.m.) HONG KONG, May 2. The Vietminh Radio alleged today that the “French Colonialists,” using United States planes, killed 450 persons and injured 200 others in an attack on 2000 people concentrated at Longhai, a hamlet near Dien Bien Phu on April 10. The broadcast claimed that a squadron of United States 824 bombers strafed and bombed the place for nearly one hour and, besides the casualties, destroyed 300 houses.
