SECOND GRADE C High School Old Boys 98 and 89 fop five wickets beat Teachers’ College 79 and' 104 (Brunton five for 40) by five wickets. Sydenham 124 and 50 for three wickets beat Marist 93.0 n the first innings. PRESIDENT’S GRADE University B 142 for six wickets declared drew with St. Albans 110 for five wickets. THIRD GRADE A Marist 119 and 52 for seven wickets beat West Christchurch 47 and 187 (Spence. 101 not out; Morgan, five for 76) on the first innjngs. Riccarton 188 -beat West Old Boys 126 on the first innings. THIRD GRADE B Sydenham 156 for nine wickets declared beat Papanui Technical Old Boys 60 and 63 (White five for 29) by an innings and 33 runs. West Old Boys 123 beat East Christchurch 65 and 36 by an innings and 22 runs. THIRD’ GRADE C West High School 200 for 'seven wickets declared (Templeton 78) beat St. Andrew’s College 97 and 61 by an innings and 42 runs. Christchurch Technical College 99 (Hobbs five for 21) beat Papanui Technical High School 84 and 20 for six wickets on the first innings. Boys’ High School 221 for five wickets declared drew with St. Bede’s College 40 for one wicket. * FOURTH GRADE A West Christchurch 139 for one wicket declared (Bayley 87, Friend 58 not out) beat St. Albans 103 on the first innings., Sydenham 51 for no wickets drew with East Christchurch. High School Old Boys 110 (Dalzell 46) beat Lancaster Park 44 and 13 (Dalzell five for 7) by an innings and 53 runs. FOURTH GRADE B Marist 46 for three wickets drew with Riccarton. Sydenham 123 beat Technical Old Boys 55 (Smith five for 16) on the first innings. FOURTH GRADE C Christ’s College B 135 for eight wickets (Dawson 51) beat Boys’ High School C 134 for nine wickets declared (Cartridge five for 42) on the first innings. Boys’ High School A 135 for four wickets beat St. Andrew’s 91 (West five for 27) on the first innings. Boys’ High School B 58 and 70 for seven wickets declared beat Christchurch Technical College 32 and 46 outright. St. Bede’s A 80 and 42 for eight (McLeod six for 18 and four for 21) beat St. Bede’s B, 51 and 37 (O’Grady eight for 36 and six for 20).
