PERSIAN OIL FOR JAPAN
(Rec. 9.50 am.) TOKYO, May 14. iT .The 19,000-ton Japanese tanker, Nisso Maru, which recently brought a disputed oil cargo from Abadan, left Kawasaki, a port near Tokyo, today to bring another cargo. It left behind 18,000 tans of oil, which the Idemitsu Oil Company promised the Court not to sell until* the Court rules on the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company’s application for an injunction against the cargo as "stolen goods.” The Anglo-Iranian Company claims that Persia has not the right to sell oil from Abadan.
