NEW GUN USED BY ALLIES
(Req. 12.10 a.m.) SEOUL, May 11. The United States Army revealed today that it is using a huge new gun in Korea. The new artillery piece is a 2S?-ton, 240 millimetre howitzer, which can throw a shell weighin; more than 3cwt a distance of abou 15 miles. Except for a new atomic cannon the weapon is the biggest in the arsenal of the United States Army. It has a 27-foot long barrel.
