PATROL CLASH
(Rec. 11.40 p.m.) SEOUL, May 11. Fifty-one Chinese were killed or wounded in a sharp hand-to-hand battle with an Allied patrol on the central front last night, the Bth Army reported today. The men fought knee-deep in mud near the United Nations “Harry” outpost “Relatively heavy” patrol activity was reported all along the 155 miles front during the night.
