EISENHOWER MOVE “ REFRIGERATED ”

(Rec. 9 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Mar. 10. The Senate Foreign Relations Committee voted today to postpone action indefinitely on the Eisenhower Administration’s proposal ~ to condemn Soviet perversion of war-time agreements.

Some senators said they believed the matter might be dead for the session.

Senator Robert A. Taft said the measure had been put into refrigeration and refrigeration sometime* took a long time.
