ELECTION OF OFFICERS (New Zealand Press Association) DUNEDIN, March 10. The retiring president of the New Zealand Motor Body Builders’ Union, Mr J. K. Irwin, of Hamilton, was elected a life member at the annual conference today. The new president of the union is Mr R. N. Chatterton (Wellington). i Other officers elected before the conference ended today were:—vice-presi-dents, Messrs C. G. C. Wagg (Masterton) and G. B. Steel (Christchurch); executive committee, Messrs A. H. Hawke (Auckland), H. Searle (Hamilton), J. W. McCullough (Gisborne), A. Dykes (Hawke’s Bay), K. Robinson (Stratford), D. H. Taylor (Wanganui), R. E. Fuller (Greytown), W. B. Harvie (Wellington), L. R. Bryant (Marlborough), R. Chapman (Nelson), R. Cook (Westland), W. Rogers (Christchurch), W. N. J. Parfoot (Timaru), F. Bath (Invercargill), G. T. Anderson (Dunedin), and W. Gray (Oamaru), one member to be appointed from the North Auckland district; emergency committee, the president, vicepresidents, secretary, and Messrs C. C. Carter (Wellington), D. H. Taylor (Wanganui), and W. B. Harvie (representmg Waikato); assessors, Messrs John E. Hunt, D. H. Taylor, R. N Chatterton, T. H. Turvey, W. Rogers, J. K. Irwin, and W. J?
