ORDER OF DAY TO RED ARMY

(Rec. *9 p.m.) MOSCOW, March 8. Marshal Nikolai Bulganin, the newlyappointed War Minister and Admiral N. G. Knznetdov, the Navy Minister, issued Orders of the Day to the Red Army and Navy. They urged Soviet servicemen to rally ever closer round the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the Soviet Government. Both orders asked servicemen to pledge themselves to honour Stalin’s teachings and to stand vigilant guard over the interests and security of the Soviet Union.
