BLUE MIST BREAKS STATE RECORD AT PERTH.—The New Zealand pacer, Blue Mist, driven by F. G. Holmes, winning the first heat of the inter-Dominion championshiops at Perth, Western Australia, on Wednesday. By doing 3min 13½sec for the mile-and-a-half, Blue Mist broke the Western Australia State record. On Saturday night Blue Mist won her second qualifying heat, and now leads in championship points.
