Mr O. Conibear, president of the New Zealand Secondary School Boards’ Association and chairman of the Wellington Boys’ College Board of Managers, and Mr W. A. Stuart, secretary, of .the association and of the board, were welcomed as observers at the meeting of the Christchurch Boys’ High School Board of Managers yesterday. Messrs Conibear and Stuart are visiting Christchurch to observe methods in administration of the Christchurch Post-P,rimary Schools Board and school boards of managers. They attended a meeting of the p&st-primary board last evening.
