THREE DELEGATES FROM N.Z.R.S.A. (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, November 12. The Dominion president of the New Zealand Returned Services’ Association (Major-General Sir Howard Kippenberger) and Mr Hamilton Mitchell president of the Wellington association and a member of the Dominion executive, will represent the association at the twelfth biennial conference of the British Empire Services’ League in London in June. The general secretary of the New Zealand association (Mr S. J Harrison) will be an associate delegate
