The Ministry of Agriculture Jias imposed a ban bh the movement bf livestock in 28 counties in southern England and the Midlands from June J, because bf the increase of footiandrnppth disease ih Northern FranceThe Ministry said that the disease in Northern France was moving westwards and might cause outbreaks in the mbre westerly Counties of southern England.
