ENGAGEMENTS
The engagement is announced of Margaret Todd, elder daughter of Mrs T. Gibson and the late Mr D. S. Gibson, Merivale, to lan Barclay, younger son of Mr and Mrs J. White, Papanui. Mrs Cossins, Riccarton, has much pleasure in announcing the engagement of her only daughter, Betty, and of the late Mr F. E. W. Cossins, to Dudley Thomas, second son of Mrs and the late Mr T. L. Gainsford, Riccarton. Mr and Mrs W. D. Dalzell, Wroxton terrace, Fendalton, Christchurch, have pleasure in announcing the engagement of their only daughter, Marjorie Rosina Maud, to David Rivers, second son of Mr and Mrs Frank Cattell Messines road, Karori, Wellington. The engagement is announced of Helen Macßae, elder daughter of Dr and Mrs P. E. Starr, and Douglas Roger Dennistoun, only son of Mrs Shaw and Lieutenant-Colonel C. T. Shaw (late Indian Army).
