Sir, —It indeed will be a very fine thing when we see the last of cows on the Whitecliffs road: it beats me how this sort of thing has been allowed. Now that a clearing up is to be done, it will be another fine business to round up some of these night prowlers wandering about and frightening the life out of innocent people.—Yours, etc., FED UP WHITECLIFFS.
