LONDON. February 17. The widowed Queen Elisabeth made it known to-day that she wishes to be known as "Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother." Since the King’s death the British newspapers have referred to 25-year-old Queen Elizabeth as the Queen, to the Royal widow as the Queen Mother, and to the King's 84-year-o]d mother as Queen Mary.
