TRAVESTY WINNING THE SECOND LEG OF THE DOUBLE, the Members’ Handicap, at Riccarton on Saturday, the last day of the Canterbury Jockey Club’s New Zealand Cup meeting. This was the second win of the meeting for Travesty, which is owned by Mr H. D. Greenwood. Sad Sonntag was second from Declare (rails), and The Hob was a close fourth.
