jßec. 9 p.m.) CAIRO, October 23. T he Egyptian Prime Minister (Nahas Pasha) appealed to his people yesterday to remain calm, and assured them that the Government had prepared pleasures to achieve Egypt’s national aspirations.
“We have carried out our duty and prepared executive measures for the enforcement of our plana,” he said. “We have studied all the possibilities and all the aspects the situation so that we might attain our aim without enabling the enemy and usurper to dominate us.
