Desertion.—Winifred Phyllis Carlyle (Mr R. P. Thompson) v. Laurence lan Carlyle; Dorothy Grace Liebert (Mr'T. T. West) v. Reginald lan Llebert. Adultery.—Francis Texas Hamilton (Mr D. J. Hewitt) v. Ada Myra Hamilton. Restitution of Conjugal Rights Rurick William Alexander Pumpa (Mr C. V. Quigley) petitioned against Doris De Silva Pumpa for restitution of conjugal rights. An order was made for restitution within six months. Leonard Edward Brown (Mr R. Twyneham) petitioned against Inez Mary Brown for restitution of conjugal rights. An order was made for restitution within 14 days.
