SALE OR. FARM OF 8836 ACRES
A freehold sheep-grazing property of 8836 acres on the Rangiora-Ashley Gorge road, 38 miles from Christchurch, which was passed in at auction in Christchurch a week ago, has been sold privately to Mr P. A. Lundy, of Springfield. No price has been disclosed.
The property, known as Forestdale, was sold on account of the trustees oi the estate of H. Magolish.
