ALLEGED VIOLATION OF KAESONG

(Rec 11 p.m.) TOKYO. Sept. 10. United Nations liaison officers today travelled to Kaesong, the site of the Korean cease-fire talks, to investigate a new Communist charge of a Violation of the neutral zone. The Communists alleged that Allied aircraft had machine-gunned Kaesong early this morning. The liaison officers' trip to-day was the first occasion that United Nations Officers had entered Kaesong since September 1, when they investigated, Snd rejected. Communist charges that a United Nations plane had bombed the city.
