K FORCE MEN REACH AUCKLAND
NINE SICK AND WOUNDED (New Zealand Press Association)
AUCKLAND, September 10. Nine sick and wounded K Force men arrived at Auckland in the Aorangi to-day. They had two topics of conversation—the coldness of the Korean winter and how good it was to be home.
They are: Lieutenant L. W. Dickenson, New Plymouth: Private R. M. Costello, Timaru; Gunner R. G. Fisher. Christchurch: Lance-Bombardier H. Hayheem, of Auckland; Gunner E. G. Curtis, Levin; Gunner D. Lee, Waimate; Private R. Grainger. Manurewa; Gunner A. D. McDonald. Wellington; and Sapper L. Wells, Waiuku.
