U.S. Planes Over Border (N.Z. Prsss Association—Copyright) (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) HONG KONG, Sep. 3. The Peking radio to-day alleged further violations of Chinese territory by American aircraft and warships. It said that an American heavy bomber crossed the Korean border into Manchuria last Wednesday night and flew over the Liaotung county and dropped one bomb. The same night, it was alleged, another heavy bomber appeared over the Manchurian city of Kuantien. The American warships had "everal times turned their searchlights on Kung Island, off the North China port of Cnefoo. The warships were lying 25 kilometres off the coast at the time.
