CUT IN U.S. AID PROPOSED
(Rec. 10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, August 25 A combined meeting of the Semite Armed Services and Foreign Relations Committees approved a 7,535,750,000-dollar foreign aid bill. The amount approved is 964,250,000 dollars less than that requested by President Truman.
