Several properties were sold at auction in Christchurch yesterday. Racing stables and a practically new bungalow on five acres at 90 Russley road, Upper Riccarton, sold for £3150. The opening bid was £2500. A bungalow of four rooms on 30 perches at 6 Valley road, Cashmere, realised £2650 after bidding had started at £2OOO.

A two-storey bungalow at 4038 Madras street was passed in at auction at £3200 and a two-storey bungalow converted into self-contained flats at 313 Madras street was passed in at £2150.
