NOVEL CRAFT FOR CHANNEL CROSSING.—Mr Charles Harrison (in white coat) in his novel craft in which he recently set out to cross the English Channel. Last year Mr Harrison crossed the channel in a canoe fitted with an outboard motor and in his double canoe he hoped to make the crossing in two hours and a half. His companion is Mr David Hirschfeld.
