Sale of Arahura.—A Press Association message sent from Wellington on Monday attributed to the Anchor Shinping Company a statement about the sale of the steamer Arahura to buyers in Hong Kong. Mr A. R. Dyson, managing director of the company, said yesterday in Nelson that the Arahura was sold several months ago to a Wellington businessman, who subsequently sold it to a Hong Kong company. The dispatch of the vessel overseas was no concern of the Anchor Shipping Company.—(P.A.)
