The Masterton Racing Club's autumn meeting was held in fine weather. The track provided the best of going after the recent rain. There was a large attendance. The totalisator handled £50,697. compared with £40,292 10s last yeak, an increase of £10,405 10s. The turnover included £4948 10s on the doubles machine. The winning double, Shamus-Pierre, paid £4089 18s fid for 10s. .
