SUBURBAN GAMES EIGHTH ROUND BEGUN The eighth round of the Suburban Cricket Association's competitions was commenced on Saturday under ideal condis tions. Scoring was slew to the senior games. Results:— SENIOR GRADE Waltham 236 (D. Syme 63, R. Fergu* 58, S. Campbell 30, Anderson 25) met Sumner eight for one wicket. For Sum* ner, Davies tok four for 32, and J. Smith lour for 50. New Brighton 98 (Fuller 24) met Beckenham M tor eight wickets (Weatherhead 31, Davidson 21). For Beckenham, Rowse took five for 15 and Colombus two for 8. Matchless 205 (Grenfell 54, Smythe 33, Bouger 26, Wason 25) met Harewood four for three wieksts. SENIOR B GRADE Riccarton 105 (May 30, G. Timms 27) met Watersiders 62 (Parrott 23). For Riccarton. E.
