Peiping Radio Report
(Rec. 12.5 a.m.) NEW DELHI, Nov. 9.
A Peiping radio broadcast heard in Kalimpong last night said that the “People’s Army” —the Chinese Communist forces and Tibetan adherents—had entered Lhasa, the Tibetan capital.
