REPORTED CHINESE DEMANDS

(Rec. 10 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. S. The New Delhi correspondent of the Associated Press quotes reports Mm Kalimpong that the Tibetan National Assembly, which has been in continuous session since the Chinese invasion began, is considering Chinese draft proposals on the future of Chinese-Tibetan relations.

China is said to be demanding control over Tibet's defence, foreign relations and internal communications, and the stationing of Chinese troops at Lhasa.

The reports add that China would net interfere with Tibet's internal administration or religious institutions.
