REPORTED CHINESE DEMANDS
(Rec. 10 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. S. The New Delhi correspondent of the Associated Press quotes reports Mm Kalimpong that the Tibetan National Assembly, which has been in continuous session since the Chinese invasion began, is considering Chinese draft proposals on the future of Chinese-Tibetan relations.
