(Rec. 8 p.m.) CANBERRA. Nov. 3. The Minister of Immigration (Mr H. E. Holt) says that immigration nefotiations with the Netherlands and taly are nearly concluded. He expects a large stream of Dutch and Italian settlers to Australia in the next few years. Including 250,000 Dutchmen next year. Discussions with Holland and Italy and arrangements to admit approved Western Zone Germans are aimed at ensuring large-scale immigration after the International Refugee Organisation’s scheme ends shortly.
