Ellen Elizabeth Athahetn. a single wottiaa. aged St veals sff 19 Pevefel street, RlcCartOh, cstllSjiMa end died under ati anaesthetic When she was about to undergo ah operation at the Christchurch Public Hospital at 10 a.m. yesterday. Miss Abrahafti was employed on the staff of the Christchurch Post Office. She had been on the post office staff for more than 30 years, and was to have retired .to-day on superannuation. An inquest into Miss Abraham’s death will be opened at 9.15 a.m. today before Mr Rex C. Abernethy, Cdroner.
