RUSSIAN MINISTER DISMISSED
(Rec. 9 p.m.) LONDON, May 30. The Moscow radio announced to-day that Mr S. Ginsburg. Soviet Minister for Building Materials, had been relieved of his duties. He had been replaced by Mr P. Yudin, formerly Minister for the Construction of Heavy Industrial Enterprises.
