COMMITTEE REPORTS ON BAKERS’ CLAIM From Our Own Reporter WELLINGTON, May 29. The committee which was appointed recently to review the decision of the Price Tribunal and the evidence submitted to it last year by bakers in support of their claim for an increase in the price of bread has reported to the Government. The Minister of Industries and Commerce (Mr C. M. Bowden) said to-night that the report was now in the course of examination. It would be considered by Cabinet at a later date.
