WORK TO BE DONE IN CHRISTCHURCH Delicate surgical instruments at the Christchurch Hospital, which have previously had to be sent to the United States and Australia for repair, can now be serviced in Christchurch. The North Canterbury Hospital Board yesterday accepted an offer by the Canterbury College industrial development department to undertake the care and repair of certain surgical instruments which cannot be dealt with by the board’s own staff.
